About the opportunityWe are looking for HR Program Intern - OPD to join our APAC Regional team in Singapore! You will get the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience and get involved in exciting programs across the Organisation and People Development team\'s portfolios of Performance, Learning, Employee Engagement, and Diversity & InclusionThis is an amazing opportunity for someone who would like to learn, thrive and grow your interest in HR with a high level of autonomy and influence. You\'ll be part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team where you can have a meaningful business impact.Responsibilities

• Support OPD team across different Performance, Learning, Employee Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion programs
• Take ownership of Employee Engagement and Learning events and activities over the course of the internship with guidance from the team
• Develop basic analytical skills by analysing the impact of Employee Engagement and Learning activities
• Support the preparation of presentations, communications, and internal webpages as needed

What you need to be successful

• Undergraduate students (up to final year), polytechnic students and pre-undergraduates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with both internal foodpanda stakeholders and external partners
• Strong attention to detail to track programs and prepare content
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
• Able to commit for at least a 3-6 months full-time/part-time internship
• Hungry to make an impact!
