What the role is:Project title: Comparative study of Singapore\'s foreign workforce policy framework with global counterparts Project Overview: The intern will conduct research to compare Singapore\'s foreign workforce policy and framework for local skilled trades development, against our global counterparts. The intern will put forth policy recommendations based on the comparative study. The intern may undertake ad hoc tasks in support of the Division\'s operations, as assigned.What you will be working on:The intern will undertake a comparative study of Singapore\'s foreign workforce policy framework in relation to global counterparts such as Hong Kong and Australia. The intern will assess whether Singapore\'s framework meets the twin goals of attracting top talent while ensuring that the foreign workers are complementary to our local workforce.
