To provide essential administrative and operational support to the Group HSSQE/Training department. The role is designed to offer the intern hands-on experience and valuable insight into the application of Health, Safety, Security, Quality, and Environmental management systems within a dynamic ship management environment.Assist in the maintenance and updating of the company's Safety Management System (SMS) documentation in compliance with ISM, ISPS, and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
Support the HSSQE team in collecting, compiling, and analyzing safety data from the fleet, including incident reports, safety observations, and vessel inspection reports.
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of safety bulletins, alerts, and other promotional materials for vessels (Fast Crewboats, AHTs, Support Vessels).
Provide administrative support for training activities, including scheduling, preparing materials, and maintaining crew training records.
Assist in monitoring the corrective and preventive action reports, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of findings from audits and inspections.
Help prepare presentations and reports for departmental meetings and management reviews.
Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the Group Manager to support departmental objectives.
Job Requirement
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
A strong interest in the maritime industry and a passion for safety and quality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Able to commit to the internship period.
