You will be assisting the Application Services team in project implementation and provide support for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Paperless initiatives.

Responsibilities

Prepare requirement documentation

Develop RPA bots

Testing of system functionalities

Coordinate with business owners for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Provide application support to troubleshoot issues and answer queries promptly

Be involved in training and demonstration sessions

Be involved in updating system documentation, user guides, and training materials

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Currently studying for a Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other related disciplines

Possess knowledge in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Proficient in basic .NET coding, XML, HTML, SQL, and RPA (UiPath, Microsoft PowerAutomate)
