Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will be assisting the Application Services team on various IT projects covering the entire project life cycle, including post implementation activities such as change requests, application support, and audit.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager and liaise with external agencies in the implementation and ongoing support of corporate applicationsSupport project management activities such as requirement gathering sessions, documentation, business user coordination, testing and trainingAssist in technology audit(s) for existing solutions, including liaising with the audit team, managing timelines, collating information, and documenting findings for reportingAssist in promoting awareness of the digital solutionsContribute to design and build/configuration of IT applicationsOffer technical support to end-users, addressing queries and issues related to the applicationsProduce training materials such as videos or PowerPoint slides to create awareness or to enable self-learning of applicationsPerform any other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirementsPreferred studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related disciplinesAble to communicate well, both spoken and writtenConfident in presenting ideas and influencing stakeholdersGood time management skills and goal-orientedExcellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detailAble to work effectively independently and in a team settingProficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular, ExcelAnalytical and creativeProficient in using image/video editing toolsWillingness to explore innovative solutions and technologies to enhance user experienceClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
