Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will be working with the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Learning & Development team on training administration and staff welfare matters.ResponsibilitiesAssist in training administration (including registration of courses, sending course confirmation emails, updating training records, arranging payments, and following-up on certifications/course evaluations)Assist in maintaining course catalogMonitor Corporate Pass bot process and manually issue Corporate Passes when requiredUpload Special Offers for staff on the company intranetArrange for wreaths or get-well gifts when requiredAssist in conducting reference checksOnboarding and offboarding of temp staffPerform any other ad-hoc duties or projects assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any other related disciplinesProficient in using Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented and meticulousClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
