Responsibilities
- In charge of update, organize and maintain personnel records.
- Manage onboarding employee life cycle.
- Promotion of RTX values, work on communication and employee engagement plans
- Support in employee engagement activities such as skip level arrangements, employee events such as All-Hands (employee communication sessions) and Diversity and Inclusion events.
- Assist preparation of data for key HR projects such as leadership development review, HR process improvements (Improving employee experience in Employee Self-Service & Manager Self-Service)
- Any ad-hoc reporting presentation deck require to support business in analysis/proposal.
- Poly / Undergraduate in HR or Business Administration, with keen interests for exposure in Human Resource.
- Basic oral and written English language skill.
- A curious and learning mindset \xe2\x80\x93 we provide on-the-job training.
- Learning in Human Resource function, exposure to the work processes.
- Opportunity to be part of the team in the project management of the Company consolidation project.
- On-the-job guidance and training to hone business partnering skills & communication skills.
