Assist with the recruitment process, including interviews coordination and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule F2F or Teams interview.
Collaborate with the TA, HRBP and HR Ops team to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Participate in the development of the Talent Acquisition and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) projects by researching, collecting data, contributing ideas and opportunity to lead initiatives.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
Program Management
Participate in planning, promotion and execution of corporate events and develop visual assets for those events
Conceptualize and develop communications to amplify our brand presence eg social media, PCC newsletter, website, external job portals
Support our intern programs & increase our brand presence
Support the planning and execution of CSR activities, including volunteering events and special projects for various social causes
