Job Description

Contract Period: 1 Year (01 Aug 2022 to 31 Aug 2023)Salary: $1,000 - $1,200 w/ Additional $50 phone allowanceWorking Hours: Monday & Wednesday - 8:30am to 6:30pm w/ 1hr Lunch Break Friday - 9:00am to 6:00pm w/ 1hr Lunch Break Tuesday & Thursday - Stand-by (On-site or Remote)Responsibilities: Provide IT Support for HQ & Centres staff in maintaining hardware, software and other system Assist IT related support for Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, India & London Branch (via email or remote) Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support (e.g router, switch, Desktop, Laptop and other IT equipment) Escalate issue to 3rd party vendor / service provider Repair and replace faulty IT equipment or parts Handle and manage all IT requests Participate and contribute to different IT projects and assignments (if any) Act as the point of contact between end users and other cross function teams Create AD account, biometric account, email account and other software related account for new staff Provide trainings for onboarding staffs and access restriction for resigning staff Maintain and update technical documentation based on latest procedures Computer asset documentation, acquisition and daily/weekly reportingOther Responsibilities Provide assistance to all Directors and Managers for any requests, concerns or issues. Provide assistance to Facilities/Maintenance Department Provide assistance to Marketing, HR, Academy and Finance Department - for any IT related concern or issues. Daily/Weekly checks building structural integrity, lifts, water fountains, electrical & water supply related, door access functionality, Fire Alarm, Cisco Security Alarm, lighting fixtures, plants, signage and air conditions. If found any faults or irregularities Provider will inform and ensure relevant service provider to take act action and fix the reported issue.Requirements: Strong problem solving skills Ability to work independently and be a team player Basic knowledge of windows & MacOS, networking Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time Able to commit for a period of 1 year HardworkingQualifications: ITE / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
