Responsibilities:

Learner management, including assist in registration, scheduling, communication and handling queries Vendor management, including sourcing, coordinating Learning logistics management, including: + set-up training room/facilities
+ monitor and report on absentees
+ provide support to instructors on logistic matters
+ arrange printing of training materials
Virtual session production, including: + set-up virtual training room
+ monitor and report on absentees
+ provide support to instructors on logistic matters
Post course administration, including: compiling and analyzing evaluation results learning compliance check arrange for make-up session Conference / event support, including providing on-site support during external training events Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

Background in Business or Human Resource
