Job Description

The Market Business Technologist plays a critical role in orchestrating technology solutions and services to meet the strategic and operational goals of the human health commercial (HH) activities in the Singapore and Malaysia. This is a multi-faceted role that requires: a) Close cooperates with the Business Commercial Teams in support of the realization of value through understanding of business needs and translating them into end-to-end delivery of appropriate technology solutions. b) This role accelerates execution and value realization in markets through applying technical expertise in specific value areas (Data & Analytics, or Customer Engagement, or Automation & Compliance). c) The role is instrumental in overall technology orchestration, which may include front end development, back- end development, as well as automation activities. Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of product releases, requirements, design, development, market localizations, testing, integration & evolution
• Provide compliance consultancy regarding the practical application of the Global/Regional IT Policies and Product IT compliance controls
• Identify opportunities for process simplification using automation and collaborate with Market IT / Business colleagues to implement across the business
• Translate commercial requirements into Automation/Digital solutions
• Provide technical guidance including authoring or review of Automation Requirement
• Ensures SDL (System Development Life Cycle) compliance according to our Company guidelines
