- Support in the collation and analysis of Service & Product Audit (SPA) and Pre-Opening Review (POP) results.
- Support the team in the digitalisation of audit functions.
- Maintain Standard Standards & Guidelines (S&G), SPA and POP frameworks to ensure they are up to date.
- Support of roll out/training on updated S&Gs
- Assist with other relevant Corporate Operational Excellence projects and tasks
- Diploma/Degree in Business or Hospitality
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, Independent and self-starter
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (sharepoint experience is a plus)
- A team player who enjoys working with numbers, analysing data and is detailed oriented
