Key Roles and Responsibilities

You will be interning and supporting the Gas & Related Services Centre of Excellence department which looks at Operations & Maintenance related aspects of Sembcorp's Gas Asset Portfolio.
You will be exposed to various aspects of our typical R&R covers:Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

oOversee and monitor the performance of all operational assets to ensure they meet and exceed industry standards.
oAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
oDevelop strategies to optimize plant operations and equipment utilization to maximize output and reduce downtime.Reliability Management:

oLead efforts to enhance the reliability of all assets by identifying and mitigating risks that could lead to equipment failure or downtime.
oImplement best practices for predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
oCollaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of reliability programs.Reporting & Data Analytics:

oPrepare and present comprehensive performance and reliability reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
oEnsure reports are accurate, timely, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
oDevelop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to track and communicate performance metrics and reliability trends.Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:

oLead and participate in O&M excellence initiatives to drive continuous improvement in operational performance, reliability, and reporting.
oStay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization is at the forefront of best practices.
oConduct regular performance reviews, reliability audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Background in Business Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent Comfortable to work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power Query/Power BI, for data analysis and presentation preparation. Demonstrate strong organizational skills in maintaining orderly work, attention to detail in delivery of high-quality work timely. Displays proactiveness and curiosity to learn from stakeholders leveraging strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
