Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Assist Cell Leaders in day-to-day manpower planning and output execution.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct time study and provide analytical recommendations for process improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Develop Standard Work for deliverables for each shift work.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in creating visual factory improvement on cell level to drive efficiency and productivity.

\xc2\xb7 Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department.

\xc2\xb7 Involved in cross-functional alongside EHS & QA departments in continuous improvement projects.

\xc2\xb7 Support Operations department in day-to-day task or as required.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Diploma / Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Materials Engineering or related engineering fields.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office

\xc2\xb7 Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus.

\xc2\xb7 Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.

Learning Outcome
