What the role is:Selected candidate will be part of the outreach team and support various outreach efforts towards CSA\'s stakeholders such as students, parents and seniors.What you will be working on:The scope will include but not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate on-the-ground outreach efforts by liaising with stakeholders e.g. school coordinators, partners from public and private sectors and student volunteers for students, community and seniors outreach initiatives. The responsibilities include planning resource allocation, logistics, liaising with student volunteers, CSA speakers and supporting them during outreach events such as school talks, community roadshows. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research on current case studies / statistics to update outreach materials and content \xe2\x80\xa2 Brainstorm and contribute ideas for new outreach initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2 Support publicity efforts by designing basic collaterals e.g. eDM, event materials \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse data gathered from events and propose recommendations for future use \xe2\x80\xa2 Intern will be attached to senior colleagues of the outreach team to shadow them in various work scopes. There will be exposure to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.What we are looking for:Application Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree/Diploma in Arts/Social Sciences/Communications \xe2\x80\xa2 Good verbal, writing and organisational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Equipped with basic design skills and data analytic skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Work on weekends may be required from time to time Minimum Internship Perio Preferably 6 months or more Application Details: To apply, please submit your cover letter indicating your internship availability period, resume and latest transcripts (poly and/or university).
