What the role is:As an Officer/ Senior Officer, Communications and Engagement in the Engagement and Research Division, you will develop, implement and review strategies for stakeholder communications and engagement.What you will be working on:

  • Design, implement and review engagement approaches and strategies for effective internal and external engagement \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify, cultivate and strengthen partnerships, and engage stakeholders through various platforms and modalities \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop platforms, processes and resources to strengthen the Ministry\'s capabilities in communications and engagement, and supporting effective and coherent messaging across MOE divisions and schools \xe2\x80\xa2 Enhance the policy-communications nexus through the design and implementation of communications and engagement strategies for education policies and issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and coordinate major communications and engagement platforms such as MOE\'s Work Plan Seminar and Committee of Supply debates
What we are looking for:
  • Preferably with prior experience in stakeholder engagement \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant working experience in policy, communications and engagement would be an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills with good analytical and conceptualisation abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management and organisational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in teams and build relationships across organisational boundaries \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes \xe2\x80\xa2 High level of initiative and passion for understanding and engaging with different stakeholders In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
