Responsibilities:

• Assist to close new product initiatives, coordinating all required work for taking a product from concept to closing, working alongside stakeholders and the wider team across all product development activities

• Contribute to marketing planning, pre-marketing, and fund launches

• Assist in the preparation of key fundraising materials: PPMs, DDQs, track record, material for data rooms, legal and other necessary documentation

• Join investor meetings, manage due diligence processes, and support investor negotiations

• Ensure smooth running of investor diligence, responding to inbound investor due diligence/RFPs in a timely manner, coordinating with internal teams such as Investment, Group Finance, Group Compliance, Group Tax and Group Legal

• Assist with Client Services activities including investor onboarding, investor reporting, client communications, and management of the CRM

• Assist with the maintenance of investment management track record information, benchmarking data and completion of RFPs and industry surveys

• Research into investor trends and market intelligence, including keeping current on competitive and regulatory landscape and industry best practices

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Preferred studies in Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines

• Highly organized and able to time manage effectively to work towards investor deadlines

• Ability to collaborate at all levels to deliver high quality client services to our investors

• Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong project management skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Responsive and flexible attitude towards evolving responsibilities in a dynamic environment

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong financial and analytical skills

• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
