The Grab Financial Group Product Marketing team is responsible for bringing new products and services to live. We work on developing positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and strategizing the go-to-market plans for new product launches. We also lead research and data collection studies to obtain insights on customer behavior, pain points and perceptions to effectively position new products in the market. We are the voice of the customer within the company, focusing on customer-centricity, understanding consumer needs and building delightful experiences.
