Collect data from multiple sources
Perform statistical (and other) analysis on the data to help the new product development teams understand performances and process capabilities of current tools and processes
Summarise trends and patterns and prepare material for sharing with management and new product teams for decision making at the start of new project

Secondary

Identify opportunities for automating visualisation and analysis of production data through tools like PowerBI, Power Automate, etc
