Intern, Talent Acquisition

As ASM is rapidly expanding, we have a critical need to help design, develop and streamline all aspects of Talent Acquisition operations and program, therefore seeking an Intern who will be able to be part of the journey.

A day in the life of Talent Acquisition Intern

• A brand ambassador for ASM by supporting the talent attraction strategy.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leads to design and streamline Talent Acquisition (TA) process.
• Part of the great candidate experience through facilitating and providing logistical and administrative support to the TA process, including pre-boarding activities.
• Manage interviewing scheduling and coordinate effectively between candidate, HR and business teams.
• Develop reports and analysis through leveraging in house tools.
• Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

• Undergraduate (penultimate year) pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources or Business.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
• Well-organized with great flexibility and enjoy a motivational level that is best described as \xe2\x80\x98passionate\xe2\x80\x99.
