Responsibilities

Support campus recruitment in engagement with IHLS including ITEs, Polytechnics and Universities.

Support on-site and virtual recruitment events and coordination of interviews.

Collaborate with the Communications team to create innovative recruitment assets such as blogs, employee stories and collaterals.

Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, talent pipeline and job posting.

Support recruitment operation and administration.

Take on various talent acquisition improvement projects as assigned.

Requirements

Degree in Business or Human Resources.

Resourceful, driven individual with a passion for people development.

Think creatively and focus on opportunities for growth.

Express a strong desire to work in a team.

Proficient in MS Office.

Some relevant human resource or recruitment experience is a plus.

Learning Outcome

Exposure in Aerospace MRO in Engine Centre/Component Repair.

Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE - Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).

Better communications and collaboration skills to interact with multi-functional teams.

Learn recruiting and sourcing skills.
