Job Description
What the role is:To assist the Taxpayer Experience and Strategy branch in behavioural insights work.What you will be working on:The intern will work on 1 to 2 Behavioural Insights projects. The intern will also be given opportunities to: - Present their projects at key management meetings - Provide research support to ongoing - Manage projects with dynamic developments behavioural economics studies - Run workshops and prepare engagement and training materials to promote a human-centred mindset and culture in the organisation Key Learning Outcomes/Exposure The intern would be able to - Apply behavioural insights concepts in real-life projects - Gain experience in co-creating interventions with real users - Develop an understanding of stakeholder managementWhat we are looking for:
- Have a good understanding and/or strong interest in behavioural science/economics \xe2\x80\xa2 Quantitative and/or qualitative research experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good self-management skills, including an ability to be self-directed to meet project deadlines The intern will be required to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
