Get to Know the Role: As Grab is expanding into a SuperApp, engaging training content would be beneficial for our driver and delivery partners to be effective on the job. As such, the training team is supporting more verticals than ever before and would benefit immensely from the help of a production intern. You can add a new dimension to the training team's capability by taking captivating photos and producing engaging videos. You will have the freedom to explore new photography styles and video content. The Day-to-Day Activities: Capture photos of events to highlight the training team's reach to our partners and the community Record and edit videos of events and create highlight reels for social media Plan and organize the production plan and schedule for a lifestyle shoot for the Marketing team for both photos and videos Work with stakeholders to create storyboards to illustrate how the key learning points can be presented in the most captivating way through film videos Provide photo and video editing support to the training and marketing team Learning Objectives: Managing end-to-end production process for photos and videos for the training team Capture photos and create videos to promote Grab's branding as a premier training institute for our partners Impart production knowledge to upscale the training team Assist the GrabAcademy team with multimedia support for Upskilling and Outplacement Programmes The Must-Haves: Candidate(s) should be able to commit a minimum of 3 months Students with Diploma in Mass Communications (NP), Film, Sound & Video (NP), Communications and Media Management (TP), Diploma in Digital Film & Television (TP), Digital Media & Communications (SP), Diploma in Media Production & Design (RP) or other related courses Proficient in using camera and video equipment for production shoots Proficient in Adobe Suite editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Our Commitment: We are committed to building diverse teams and creating an inclusive workplace that enables all Grabbers to perform at their best, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity or sexual orientation, and other attributes that make each Grabber unique.
