This is a full-time internship and based in Singapore. From conducting user research in order to understand user needs, to designing, prototyping and testing your ideas with users in order to improve our products.Besides getting hands-on experience researching and designing for an actual product that\xe2\x80\x99s being loved by millions, you\xe2\x80\x99ll receive mentorship from a dedicated mentor, through our weekly design sharing sessions, and through the connections you\xe2\x80\x99ll forge with all your great new colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the UX team membersWork with Product Managers to ensure all design works meet user needs and business requirementsConduct user research activities such as, usability testing, A/B testing, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and translate research findings into actionable recommendationsDesign visual prototypes ranging from concept to interactive mock-ups on FigmaCommunicate design rationale effectively to key stakeholdersCollaborate with engineers in the building of your designPush creativity, spark fresh ideas, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of solving a problemRequirements:Good understanding of the UX design processAbility to think at a high level about a complex productAbility to communicate and explain rationale for new features and changesInterest in using data and user research to inform design decisionsUnderstanding of web design.
