Overview This Specialist role delivers a portfolio of benefit activities and services within the Partner & Employee Benefits team, drawing on specialist benefits knowledge and skills. Managing delivery of a range of products and cyclical activities, providing specialist benefits support and guidance to our HR teams, partners and employees.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Benefits Manager with Product and Program implementation.
  • A diligent point of contact for our employees and partner queries in the region. Extending excellent customer service.
  • Maintain an inventory of all benefits and benefit renewals
  • Collaborate with local People Advisory, Partner Resources and HR Shared Services teams to ensure local benefit needs are addressed.
  • A specialist for renewals and implementations of Benefits Technology in each local office, to include Total Rewards Statements and flexible benefits technology where appropriate
  • Supporting the Manager with special projects such as provider reviews, new benefit implementations and benefit changes
  • Draft and/or review employee and partner communications to ensure robust, accurate and compliant communication materials for promotion of the benefit programs
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Benefits Governance, to establish and maintain efficient processes and procedures within the central benefits team and with the HR Shared Services team.
  • Continually review and assess the portfolio to ensure alignment to the benefits philosophy.
  • To ensure we improve, streamline and enhance the accuracy of the benefit reporting processes.

Core Skills and Experience
  • Should have good knowledge of the labor markets, including understanding of mandated and supplemental benefit offerings, ideally gained in both consulting and corporate environments
  • Knowledge of global market trends, cultural and competitive practices and legislation, and benchmarking benefits products and services
  • Proficient project management and benefits administration capabilities
  • Strong and demonstrable analytical skills with attention to detail, using insights and trends for evidenced based discussions
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to shape and influence others, with the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Be agile with the ability to respond effectively to change
  • Ability to engage colleagues at all levels through interpersonal, influencing, facilitation, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in the legal or professional services markets a plus, with the candidate having or being able to quickly develop a strong understanding of the business
  • Excellent client service delivery
  • A Strong track record of international benefits
  • Experience in benefit plan design, implementation and interpreting policies
  • Some pensions administration experience, ideally within the markets to be managed
  • Experience with benefits technology, including flexible benefits platforms
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Location and Reporting
  • Office Location: Singapore or London
  • This role reports to the Manager, Partner & Employee Benefits.
