Details of the Division and Team:

The Offering Management (\xe2\x80\x9cOM\xe2\x80\x9d) team within IPB Advisory and Sales (\xe2\x80\x9cA&S\xe2\x80\x9d) works closely with Products Platform, Investment and Relationship Managers to focus and drive IPB sales. OM leads the A&S sales cycle, co-ordinates with senior management and is responsible for the regional Product Council and monthly investment meetings to deliver the core product offering.

Your key responsibilities:

Specialist will be covering a range of managed investment products including ETFs, mutual funds, private equity, hedge funds and discretionary portfolios, as well as high conviction ideas and capital markets opportunities.

The specialist will work closely with investment and client advisors as well as clients directly to provide managed investment solutions.

Responsibilities include management of core offering, incorporating top-down CIO outlook into overall product sales positioning, portfolio asset allocation, subsequent implementation via broad based fund solutions, identifying new investment trends and product needs, providing regular after sales updates.

The objective is to drive sales and revenue growth, increase core offering penetration by empowering informed management decisions, increase partnership with investment and client advisors through idea generation, implementation and after-sales support.

In addition to the sales function, the specialist will contribute and help to improve overall managed investments platform, sales resources, coordination with external fund houses and contribute to product management.

Your skills and experience:

At least 10 years of asset allocation, advisory experience is required with strong funds specialist knowledge including ETFs, mutual funds, private equity, hedge funds and discretionary portfolios.

A dynamic individual with sales experience also in discretionary mandate sales exposure

Experience in the funds\xe2\x80\x99 due diligence

Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or the equivalent in finance or related discipline

Fluency in English and Mandarin are essential to be able to liase with clients across the APAC and China market

The specialist will need to be able to work independently and multi task within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external). They should possess strong interpersonal skills and a keen desire to excel.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
