Details of the Division and Team
The Sales Enablement APAC Senior Business Analyst supports the Product Owner in defining user-centric solutions and working with the entire squad in preparing and delivering requirements, specifics and other information or data. The job of the BA is essential in delivering high-end products and in supporting the squad in having all documentation detailed and well prepared. The position will focus primarily on the APAC CRM system based on Salesforce with indirect / secondary exposure to other applications such as our core banking system and regional data mart due to the integrated nature of our CRM system. The Senior Business Analysts also plays a critical role in Change Management with extensive interactions with our Front Office users to drive high level of adoption for our CRM system and maximise extraction the business benefits from using the tool.

Your key responsibilities
Work closely together with the Product Owner and other squad members to define user-centric solutions and to ensure right granularity of requirements and specifications on an epic / story level
Book of Work for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool includes:
Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience and make sure functionalities meet the field needs
Closely interact with relevant stakeholders to develop impactful and sustainable solutions. This includes but not limited to our business users, control functions, business and technical architects as well as other Agile squads
Analyze the \xe2\x80\x9cAS-IS\xe2\x80\x9d functionalities and processes and work with the Product Owner to define innovative solutions based on desired user-journey that can benefit the various stakeholders
Own the Business Analysis aspect of a functionality under study, reaching out to SME, other stakeholders to define requirements and elaborate them into user stories
Guide developers in the user stories development and performing precise UAT on-site testing
Prepare decks, presentations with an attentive eye for details, channeling the right messages in a business oriented form
Support the planning product release plans, driving the offshore development team and setting expectation for delivering new functionalities
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Drive Change Management activities:
Support the Product Owner is defining and developing a Change Management approach to drive high usage of the CRM tool
Define standards for user guide materials and ensure user guides are developed / updated
Run demos and user-training sessions with Front Office users and stakeholder to generate awareness of CRM features
Frequent connect with Sales Enablement colleagues from other regions to share knowledge and drive the reuse of solutions from one region to another
Your skills and experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant business analyst experience in the Banking industry within the Wealth Management or Private Banking business
Strong track record in the change management, transformation and project management space, within global organizations or consulting firms
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM applications
University degree or equivalent, with a degree in information technology or Business
Experience working within the agile change lifecycle, tools / deliverables and typical challenges
Experience and passion for digital transformation
Able to translate business requirements, into detailed and precise user stories that will be picked up by the development team
Ability to think creatively and out of the box, understanding a business requirement and deriving various options in the solution space
Strong analytical skills, capability to write business requirement documents and review technical solution designs
Expertise in conceptual modelling; ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions
Clear ability to provide concise, precise and managerial answers to a wide array of business related topics
Experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance
Independent and proactive working method and a high-quality standard
Flexibility for moving between different requirements on a timely manner
Flexibility to work with different stakeholders across the organization: from Control Functions to Front Office
Willing to go the extra mile to meet sprint goals and product releases/launches; good sense for prioritization and \'getting things done\' mentality
Strong team player with highest personal drive and a high degree of intrinsic motivation
Take responsibility from end-to-end perspective and break silos across the organization to introduce products that benefits clients and stakeholders
Show potential and drive to mature to a Journey Expert and support initiatives across various squads
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent written and spoken English proficiency is expected
Willingness to participate in global (evening) conference calls from time to time
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
