In your new role you will:
- Be part of the creation, modification and prioritization of sales and marketing plans, taking into account existing orders for the next 6 months and in consultation with the business demand planner
- Involved in solving the logistics aspects within task forces for product and production problems
- Participate in projects related to supply chain processes & tools, and change management
- Make use of production flexibility within the local SCM organization and across divisions with other capacity alignment planners
- Assist to improvise the business processes and reporting enhancement
- Understand and gain insights on Infineon\'s complex supply chain processes
- Identify the potential gap and implement the workaround solution to improve productivity and efficiency
- To apply business process knowledge into actual situations
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- On track to attain Bachelor or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer science Business focused with strong planning, coordination, analytical skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), time management and organizational skills
- Additional skills in AI knowledge in Tableau, Machine learning, Python, SQL will be advantage
