Assist in the review of Infineon\'s major processes, not limited to manufacturing and financial systems, learn how to spot discrepancies, using data analysis & visualization platforms and create controls to manage non-compliant behavior
Understanding of grey market threats and participate in anti-counterfeit controls in processes, not limited to product quality rejects, scrap, engineering samples, etc.
Receive training on Export Control in Infineon, learn how export control compliance facilitates business growth and support EC data analysis / projects using data visualization platforms
Conduct market research and review of Infineon\'s footprints in the Asia-Pacific & Japan regions, as well as providing support with ongoing projects including renovation projects, site consolidations and new sites/expansions
Learn more about Data Protection laws in the region and support our Data Protection Officer in complying with the relevant regulations
Support training awareness activities in preparing training content for our regional and global colleagues, such as but not limited to workshop materials, short videos, training decks and visuals
Internship learning outcomes:
Achieve an entry level understanding of the roles played by multiple supporting functions at the regional headquarters, specifically in Data Protection, Export Control, Security, and Corporate Real Estate by working closely with the respective regional heads on a rotational basis
Develop a better understanding of the inter-dependencies across various functions in a global company and how to work as a team
