- Assist in structuring deals and preparing termsheets (summary of terms)
- Assist in reviewing legal documentation for each of the loan facilities and ensure in line with agreed termsheets
- Assist in the preparation for roadshows, syndication launch, information package
- Preparing underwriting proposals
- Preparing pitch materials
- Assist in Financial Modelling
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate in any relevant field
- Good understanding of financial accounts and with credit analytical skills
- Experience with financial modelling with be a plus
- Independent, self-motivated, high initiative and strong in interpersonal skills
- Team player
