This internship offers an attractive opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and organization management within the fast-paced digital asset industry.As a People and Talent Intern, you can expect the following:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Employee Life Cycle Support: Help facilitate the employee life cycle process, ranging from onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience to offboarding of employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration: Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and managing HR databases and system migration.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support the continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: working across teams on a project basis.
What we expect:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and organization development, and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical mindset and strong execution capability.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior internship or work experience in professional services is a plus.
