Job Responsibilities :

• Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisement, sourcing, attracting and interview scheduling.
• Support TA teams with resume screening, talent sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communication when required
• Support through the end-to-end hiring processes to ensure positive experience for candidates.
• Assist in continually improving the effectiveness of the recruitment process, research best practices, obtain feedback from new hires, and hiring managers, and utilize data to refine and improve the processes over time.
• Build strong connections with broader HR community including global, regional, and local HR TA team.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws.
• Assist with onboarding activities as and when needed.
• Undertake any ad-hoc task assigned by the manager/ HR management team from time to time

• Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
• Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptable
