In your new role you will:
- Provide essential support to a project as you work closely with the project manager and other team members to achieve project success
- Support the project manager in special projects within a cross functional team
- Drive improvement initiatives which covers E2E Supply Chain processes
- Assist in providing business process standards and governance
- Assist the project manager on regular meeting/discussion
- Implement project documentation & tracking
- Evaluate and perform analysis to identify project/process gaps
- Manage stakeholder requests and support daily operation to drive business results
- Experience project management with a cross-functional team
- Be exposed to E2E supply chain manufacturing
- Attain basic understanding in Fab/backend semiconductor process
- Develop communication skills in a diverse environment
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
- On track to attain a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Business -Administration or other relevant course of studies
- Thorough familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and project scheduling etc.
- Ability to work effectively as both a team member and independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet short and long-term deadlines
- Good problem solving skills
