Job Description


Established award-winning F&B Co. located in Sembawang seeking qualified candidate to join us as Inventory Admin. Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up original invoice from Customer Service
  • Ensure all invoices (especially those with meat and perishables) are updated with weight and selling price
  • Matching of pick list with original invoice and issue original invoices to delivery supervisor
  • Match the signed invoices returned by drivers with corresponding copy and staple as a set
  • Post invoices not requiring any amendments to system by next working day
  • Notify Customer Service and Sales team of any rejected perishable items from customers
  • Send daily reject and return report to Management and Sales team Check returned stocks quantity and quality and inform warehouse personnel

Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a Singaporean with at least a GCE \'O\' level certificate or Professional Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy
  • Good Communication with a positive mindset
  • Meticulous and having attention to details
  • Team player with a desire to learn
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Accounting related field
