In fact, in any industrial port you visit, you are likely to see a Bromma spreader in action.More information about BROMMA can be found on www.bromma.comPURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe main roles of this position is to support the Global operation in the below aspects:

  • Responsible for Material master Management. Create/update materials data in Product Data Management software.
  • Responsible for inventory management through usage of Servigistics. Reviewing of material re-ordering parameters and propose replenishment strategy.
  • Extracting of relevant data from several reporting platforms to review inventory consumption. Also generating KPIs report on a regular basis for management review.
  • Global key contact for any escalation from Frontlines
  • Key-user for SAP in relevant fields
KEY TASKS1. Ensuring high integrity of material master data2. Setup of kit BOM information & updating list of sub-components3. Run reports to keep track of all inventory basic settings in MM:
  • Item cat. group
  • Valuation class
  • Lab/office
  • Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 blocks
  • Extension of PNs to specific plants
  • Weight
  • Country of origin
4. Reviewing Servigistic report on inventory status through, different categories, obsolescence, stock-turn, first pick availability5. Analyse consumption trend and propose replenishment plan6. Fine-tuning routine replenishment proposal with SVG information7. Understanding features of SVG and ensure interface with SAP8. Handling of queries raised on JIRA platformWhat you'll need to succeedEducation
  • Relevant tertiary education (preferably supply chain) or 2 years of related working experiences within equivalent industries
Experiences
  • Work experience from similar industries will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Excellent in English language skill in both written and oral
  • Able to work simultaneously on different tasks
  • Result oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (i.e. Excel, Ppt, Words)
  • Basic knowledge of programming, web designing, IT-related skill sets
  • Confident in presentation skills
  • Customer oriented with sense of urgency and ability to handle customers in a professional way
  • Uses a methodical and systematic approach
