Job Description
Inventory Control Specialist - Aesthetics and Electromedicine (Developing and Manufacturing) Industry
Location: Kallang/Lavender Area
Salary: SGD 3,800 - SGD 4,400
Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Inventory and distribution management.
- In-charge of incoming and outgoing goods within the warehouse.
- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery to ensure effective order fulfilment.
- Preparation of DO/Packing List and customer invoices.
- Coordination with overseas subsidiaries to prepare inventory and goods tracking reports.
- Conduct regular inventory count and investigate and resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Ability to provide supporting roles to Account department for ad-hoc assignment and general admin.
- Preferably with min 5 years of inventory management experience in trading environments
- Experienced in logistics, inventory management, order fulfilment, and basic accounting.
- Experienced in MYOB, or any other accounting/ERP software will be a plus.
