• Bachelor degree or greater - preferably Business or Supply Chain discipline

Minimum 1-2 yrs experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service with close relation to Logistics and Inventory Strong analytic skills; the ability to powerfully portray data and leverage to drive continuous improvement Excellent verbal and written communication skills across the organization Project management skills The ability to build business partnerships and external collaboration opportunities wherever possible Product Supply experience in other disciplines preferred SAP knowledge preferred Regional experience preferred Flexibility and AdaptabilityThe role delivers the accuracy and maintenance of SAP master data relating to the logistics function. The scope of the role includes inventory management and accuracy throughout the network, disposals, internal and customer logistics master data.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory accuracy in LSP(s) to meet budget and operational key performance indicators (KPIs)

Analyze and solve problems involving inventory variances, receipt discrepancies, returns, obsolete damage, custom pallets, confirmations, past dues, and unfilled orders Analytical and reporting support to Logistics FunctionCash

• Inventory management including compliance and reporting of FIFO, remnant and obsolesce (Ageing report with analysis)

Coordinates communication between SCJ QA and QI personnel and their RDC/Contract Packager counterpart regarding identification and disposition of inventory that does not conform to quality standardsCost

• Cost savings through sustainable continuous improvement (Cost Savings/ avoidance)

Inventory Accuracy, including book to book reconciliation, coordination and audit of cycle and stock counts Waste and disposal processJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift
