Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting research on potential products, and suppliers, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring par stocks are met.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Inspect purchased products upon delivery and report any issues timely.
  • Updating all records of purchased products and invoices.
  • Performing cost analyses based on purchases from different suppliers.
  • Monitor requisition from different departments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the entire warehouse and proper storage of goods.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience with Purchasing role is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Can lift up to 40kg.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Can work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
  • Can Start ASAP
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php9,880.00 per monthBenefits:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Baguio City, Benguet: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
