About the Role
As an Inventory Executive , you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations across internal and external storage facilities. This role involves ensuring accurate inventory records, coordinating import/export activities, driving process improvements, and maintaining a safe, well-organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations for multiple storage facilities
Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accuracy and efficiency
Utilize SAP, C4C, and RFID systems to maintain accurate Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) records
Coordinate import/export shipment activities to minimize delays and optimize logistics
Prepare monthly inventory reports and conduct periodic stock takes
Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
Requirements
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse or inventory management
Proficient in SAP, C4C, RFID, and MS Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Forklift license is an advantage
Handle heavy materials when required (e.g. ~ 5kg to 20kg)
