Inventory Management Executive
Job Description
Core responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock to meet demand, prevent shortages, and minimise excess inventory
Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records using ERP software and conduct regular checks to reconcile physical stock with system data
Supplier coordination:Liaise with suppliers to place orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any supply, delivery, or quality issues
Data analysis and forecasting using Power BI - Analyse SKU turnover and trends, track demand patterns, and other data to forecast future inventory needs and plan for seasonal or market changes
Process improvement - Develop and implement inventory control procedures and loss prevention strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Identify slow moving, obsolete and damage SKU
Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory levels, stock usage, turnover, and operational efficiency to management
Requirements
Must be able to use a computer with basic applications like Microsoft Office
Ability to use of Power BI or Tableau data analytic software will be advantageous
Should be good in arithmetics
Must be fluent in English; written and spoken
The company participate in road shows 4 times per year which will require all hands on deck
* Possessing a Class 3 driving licence will be advantageous
