The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a well-established Retail company
• This role support end-to-end inventory planning
• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

The Talent

• Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics & Management or any other related fields
• Minimally 3 year experiences in inventory management, forecast planning, retail planning
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel

The Job

• Serve as a liaison between planning and inventory management to build delivery plans
• Accountable for collaborating with Inventory Management Lead and FG Planner to resolve issues related to product shipment delays
• Support preparation of key inventory reports and drive cross functional discussion
• Reviews and interprets ship risk reports and supports action plans to mitigate risks.
• Work with regional Supply Planning to submit sizing ratios for products
• Tracking of inbound deliveries, PO's placed ex-factory dates, size ratios, drops and quantities ordered. Monitor global drops and freeze lists. Ensure all changes are made in the Inventory Tracker/Channel Allocation report
• Update the tracker monthly to track "active" PC9's
• Execute "Close Out" PC9's as per Product Life Cycle and work with IM lead on Close Out report each month.
• Support submission of AGR and CID (cancellation, improvements & deferments)
• Continuously spots opportunities for delays within supply & demand flow
• Key coordinator for any inter-company requests or execution
• Escalates critical items to the Inventory Management Lead, EAP
• Supply and Demand alignment reports
• Ad hoc analysis as needed
