You will be a Supply Planning Business Process Expert focusing on inventory management, planning transformation and operation excellence programs into AMEA region and driving continuous improvement activities across BUs. The role will provide the key supply planning interface to the business to drive and deliver best for business decisions across the supply chain, and to deliver high levels of product availability at lowest effective cost.
Key activities of this role include:
Manage Inventory levels to DIOH/IWO targets expectations and customer service availability agreements cross BU
Lead the loss eliminate jouney from E2E Supply Chain including both FG and RPM cross BU to drive the excellence roadmap to 2030 vision
Drive Material Supply Management process robustness to ensure supply reliability and business continity, as well as productivity opportinity identification via VSM jouney
Enhance and enable Working Process Improvement across AMEA region to further drive supply chain resillience and productivity
Inventory Governance:
Engage the value ecosystem & drive actions to deliver healthy end-to-end inventory metrics for AMEA
Drive Closed Loop Planning in partnership with Business Units (BUs) & other cross-functional teams to drive end to end inventory optimization in both FG and RPM
Improve inventory forecasting or projection capability across markets
Govern both finished goods and raw/pack material boundary recommendation and related adherence
Managed non-productive inventory for the region, ensure plans/actions are in place, track progression of the actions
Develop pipeline initiatives to ensure continuous reduction of inventory level year on year, and support Inventory health review process to identify risks & opportunities and driving actions
Drive capability development matrix and planner qualification process.
MSM Project/WPI Rollout:
Drive material supply management process robustness to ensure supply reliability and business continuity
Support in developing Supply Chain Planning Transformations projects and implement to the region by driving process changes.
Support and implement improvements in the Supply Planning area to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction to meet company KPIs.
Train Supply Planners on new Planning tools/technologies and new Processes
Integrated Business Planning
Lead the supply review process within the IBP cycle and participate in BU supply review
Ensure that issues and actions arising within the monthly business planning cycle are managed to completion
Develop effective communication and relationship with supplying sites and ensure integration between pre supply and the consolidated Hub supply review process
Weekly Drumbeat Process
Provide leadership to Supply Planners to drive the weekly drumbeat process
Partner with site supply planning and demand teams to coordinate, consolidate, resolve and communicate short term (within 0-13 weeks) supply constraints which may require Multi- site optimization through Weekly Service Meeting and Weekly DSP Meeting

\'Comprehensive supply chain and planning experience with strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment
8+years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in E2E planning, supply chain, or buying and planning experience
Strong fundamentals in inventory management in both FG and RPM, with problem-solving capability
Understanding IL6S WOW and can leverage VSM knowledge to identify and eliminate losses
Good understanding of retail & commercial aspects of business
Proven aptitude to sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, develop hypothesis and make recommendations
Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions, levels and stakeholders
For action, drive for results while demonstrating positive attitude and enthusiasm
No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
