Responsibility

• 
  Identify, define, drive and lead key actions to enhance the supply planning processes and ensure global consistency of planning data
  
• Support and initiate initiatives to improve processes continually, inventory levels, performance and to optimize operational costs through all stages of the supply chain process
  
• Proactively define sales and inventory management opportunities which help to deliver on revenue and inventory targets for the business
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Finance, Commercial, Engineering and Customer Support Teams
  
• Approving Loan and Exchange in loan and exchange out
  
• Lead meetings with Buyers and Merchandise Planners on item flow
  
• Create ad-hoc analysis to react to current and future business trends and present findings to Buyers, Merchandise Planners, and senior management
  
• Train and mentor new hires into Assistant Inventory Planner roles
  
• Forecast appropriate inventory levels commensurate with sales forecasts
  
• Manage supplier delivery issues and provide continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least Diploma or equivalent
  
• Minimum 2-3years of relevant in marine company experience
  
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficient in MS Excel
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  
• The ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must.
  
• Strong customer service skills and good attitude are essential.
