Identify, define, drive and lead key actions to enhance the supply planning processes and ensure global consistency of planning data
Support and initiate initiatives to improve processes continually, inventory levels, performance and to optimize operational costs through all stages of the supply chain process
Proactively define sales and inventory management opportunities which help to deliver on revenue and inventory targets for the business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Finance, Commercial, Engineering and Customer Support Teams
Approving Loan and Exchange in loan and exchange out
Lead meetings with Buyers and Merchandise Planners on item flow
Create ad-hoc analysis to react to current and future business trends and present findings to Buyers, Merchandise Planners, and senior management
Train and mentor new hires into Assistant Inventory Planner roles
Forecast appropriate inventory levels commensurate with sales forecasts
Manage supplier delivery issues and provide continuous improvement initiatives

Candidates should possess at least Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2-3years of relevant in marine company experience
Good analytic and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
The ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must.
Strong customer service skills and good attitude are essential.
