In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct audits on employers to ensure compliance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate non-compliance issues promptly and thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enforce compliance with employee contribution requirements and recover any outstanding payments from employers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Travel to different places of employment to conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of compliance issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle voluntary self-rectification processes, assisting employers in rectifying compliance issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and respond to whistleblower reports including investigating allegations of wrongdoing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate records of investigations, audits, and enforcement actions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.What we are looking for:We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in conducting audits, investigations, or enforcement activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyse data, and develop effective solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering, documenting, and analysing evidence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to travel to different locations as needed for investigations and audits. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
