Investment Assistant Manager
Job Description
A local SGX listed company with market presence in the APAC region, is currently seeking an Assistant Investment Manager to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Head of Investments, the incumbent will be working within a team of 3 to identify and manage business and investment opportunities within the APAC region. He/she will also be involved in conducting feasibility studies including but not limited to financial modelling and due diligence, and managing of both internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
Successful candidates will get to work under a well-established company with exposure to an exciting and growing sector.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Real Estate
- At least 3 years working experience in Investments/M&A/Asset Management/Business Development
- Prior relevant work experience within the property development sector would be a plus
- Strong in financial modelling and comfortable with numerical data
- Exposure to regional deal origination and execution experience would be advantageous
- Good and confident communicator
