Job Description
Title: Investment Associate/Manager (Renewables Energy)Location: Tokyo/ Singapore.About the RoleWe are working with an international Renewables developer and seeking an Investment Associate/Manager to oversee their Investment porfolios and support their growth. The position will be based in Tokyo/ work remotely from Singapore.Responsibilities
- Support M&A/ Investment activities in Renewables in Japan.
- Key areas of focus in Renewables technologies.
- Support senior members of the Investment team to screen, evaluate, analyze, conduct due diligence and execute acquisitions / partnership transactions.
- Actively support the Investment team in the development and negotiation of termsheets, Joint Development Agreements, PPA, investment memos and presentations etc..
- Min 3 years of experience in Investment, M&A in Power & Utilities sectors.
- Solid experience in renewable energy developments.
- Prior experience in Investment, portfolio management and/or acquisition of Renewables projects is a plus.
- Strong Financial Modelling skill is a MUST
