Our client is on a mission to identify and invest in market leaders that are positioned to benefit from the long-term structural trends shaping the future. These trends include green mobility, e-commerce logistics, digitization & autonomy enablers, and the rise of Asian logistics champions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Your role involves identifying and assessing investment opportunities across various sub-sectors and capital structures within the Transportation & Logistics domain.
- Dive into comprehensive deal evaluation, perform due diligence, conduct in-depth industry and company analysis, and create precise financial models
- Take charge of managing our portfolio, closely monitoring performance, evaluating our stake, and actively pursuing value creation opportunities.
- A Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering is preferred.
- We value 1-3 years of experience from a top-tier private equity, investment bank, corporate finance, M&A, or research firm, particularly if you have experience in the Transportation & Logistics sector.
- Familiarity with essential electronic data sources like Bloomberg, Factiva, and Cap IQ is a plus.
