That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:Participation and assistance in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitchesCross border M&A deal origination & execution, including the day-to-day communication with relevant clients & counterparties, organizing meetings with internal/external professional teams and lead the discussions.Deal documentation and internal approvalsCollaborating with colleagues locally / overseas to leverage the firm\'s existing relationships & develop a strategy to increase promotion / revenue from such client basePreparation of M&A market data analysis, presentation of Southeast Asia M&A strategy to global teams, etc.Training of junior team mates.Your skills and experience:At least 6 years prior experience in origination and execution of investment banking deals with a focus on M&A.Prior experience in creating and analyzing financial models.Prior experience in creating marketing materials like pitch books, presentations.Awareness of M&A market trendsHighly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitaskStrong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clientsExperience handling various databases such us Bloomberg, Reuters etcExperience in providing guidance to junior members in the teamRole is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
