A regional asset management platform with an established and growing presence in SEA is looking to hire their corporate development team to support its organic and inorganic growth strategies in Asia. This position is based in Singapore.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will join a high caliber team with the opportunity to participate in M&A transactions in the infrastructure industry. You will be part of the team in developing the growth strategy in Asia and identifying partnership opportunities. You will play a key role in executing investment and M&A opportunities, which include financial modeling, conducting due diligence and project managing the transactions.RequirementsYou have strong academic qualifications and over 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, management consulting, or corporate development with strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to interact effectively with internal and external parties. A self-starter, you have strong work ethics and are able to work within tight timelines.
