Your key responsibilities:

• Participation and assistance in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
• Cross border M&A deal origination & execution, including the day-to-day communication with relevant clients & counterparties, organizing meetings with internal/external professional teams and lead the discussions.
• Deal documentation and internal approvals
• Collaborating with colleagues locally / overseas to leverage the firm\'s existing relationships & develop a strategy to increase promotion / revenue from such client base
• Preparation of M&A market data analysis, presentation of Southeast Asia M&A strategy to global teams, etc.
• Training of junior team mates.

Your skills and experience:

• At least 6 years prior experience in origination and execution of investment banking deals with a focus on M&A.
• Prior experience in creating and analyzing financial models.
• Prior experience in creating marketing materials like pitch books, presentations.
• Awareness of M&A market trends
• Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients
• Experience handling various databases such us Bloomberg, Reuters etc
• Experience in providing guidance to junior members in the team
